This building is on a narrow through-block lot with four stories facing onto the Newark Ave pedestrian plaza and then steps back and up to seven stories fronting on Christopher Columbus Drive. The street elevations feature dark red bricks and a broad bay of windows that reference the historic commercial structures found in Newark Ave.

Two large commercial spaces fill the First Floor and basement, each facing a street, and 14 one-bedroom apartments and three top floor duplexes fill the stories above. Each penthouse includes two or three bedrooms and private outdoor roof decks.

This project has been approved by the Planning Board in Jersey City, and is being submitted for work permits to start construction Winter 2019.
