This project, while including complete renovation of the four one-bedroom apartments, focused on historic preservation of this somewhat neglected member of the Van Vorst Park Historic District. The fire escapes were removed, brick cleaned and repointed, cornices repaired and painted, new wood windows and front door installed.

This work also included using wood and back-painted spandrel glass to transform the concrete block bay on the front of the ground floor apartment, reminiscent of historic storefronts.
