This project replaced all but a de minimus amount of a rather dodgy four-studio building with four newly constructed two-bedroom loft condominiums. It was designed to bring the proportions of the elegant townhouses found in the neighboring historic district to the heart of the Jersey City Village. With details inspired by its context, the building fits into the very diverse fabric of this dynamic neighborhood.
