The historic storefront has been recreated and the balance of the street facade restored for this mid-19th century two-story brick commercial structure.  Using photographic evidence of the original, and working with the Historic Preservation Officer, the missing lower cornice, brackets, bays, corbels, etc were recreated and the ground floor entry to the upper level restored. Corbels missing from the upper cornice were also recreated.

The ground floor was renovated as offices for a real estate development company, and the two rental apartments above have been updated.
