JOURNAL SQUARE TOWER

This 380,000 sf 25-story building was designed as part of a Proposal to the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency for a 25- story mixed use project with over 200 apartments, a 110 room boutique hotel, underground parking and ground floor retail.

The Proposal included a through-block pedestrian walkway and rooftop hotel restaurant and event spaces.  The design focused on the opening for the public way, angling the curtain wall above to allow natural light through and providing an entrance to both the lobby of the hotel and the residential elevator lobby.
