We are currently designing a 120,000 sf project in Downtown Jersey City with 78 units ranging from a studio to three bedroom apartments, a 1,200 sf "corner store" and over 6,000 sf of rooftop amenity space. The project includes a below grade parking level for 45 cars and 41 bicycles, 1,200 sf of enclosed space as part of the rooftop amenities featuring a common lounge, fitness center and a roof deck, surrounded by green roof with incredible views of the skylines of both DTJC and Manhattan.

This Project includes a second building with 4 two-bedroom units.  Approvals are expected in the next few months.
