This unbuilt project was designed to fill an entire city blockfront, replacing warehouses, a funeral parlor and a french restaurant that was a local favorite (and moved a block away).  The properties flank an alleyway; the Proposal was for two six-story apartment buildings each containing between 20 and 30 units.

One version proposed a connector above the alleyway to link both sides into one building, giving all potential residents access to an extensive array of rooftop decks and common spaces and proposed head-in parking along the alleyway with additional parking in a ground floor garage on one side, and a retail space st the base of the other.
